Tea ceremony experience

A. Visit and observation to      Chakokai tea session

This is an observation of tea ceremony practices. 

$ 15 (with one Matcha tea and sweet) /person  1 hour

We don't have a practice experience to you. You will observe how the tea ceremony practice is going on at Nanaimo Match tea party and enjoy authentic Matcha tea and sweets.

Recommended for those who are interested in Japanese culture, the Matcha, the tea ceremony, authentic Matcha tea.

B. Tea ceremony experience

This is a tea ceremony experience for beginners at the tearoom or your place.

$ 35 (with two Matcha tea and sweets)/person  1 hour                                                                     ~ 1.5 hours

After quick learning about the tea ceremony ideas, you will learn about the etiquette as a guest of the tea ceremony.

You will experience the tea ceremony as a guest and tasting authentic Matcha and a sweet. After enjoying the tea ceremony, you will make Match tea by yourself with the special tea ceremony utensils.

Recommended for those who are interested in experience the tea ceremony and its atmosphere, making authentic Matcha tea by yourselves.

＊It will be performed with 2 or more participants. If you participate alone, it will be $ 60 per person. Acceptable Up to 6 people at a session. In the case of a group of 6 people, the total charge is $ 200.

When I hold this experience session at your place, I will request an additional charge $20～40 (depending  location)
